VICTAM International is the world’s largest and dedicated event for the animal feed and grain milling & processing as well as the ingredients & additives industries.

VICTAM International 2019 will take place from June 12 - 14, 2019 at the KoelnMesse (hall 6) in Cologne, Germany. The conferences and technical seminars will take place simultaneously on the second floor. You can read all about the facts & figures of VICTAM International 2015 here.

The layout of the halls provides a large number and varied size of exhibition stands. Stands are available as space only or can include a complete shell scheme package. Please see the options available below and indicate your wishes in the application form (click the blue button "book your stand").

Minimum area required is 15 m²
€215 per m2 (up to 100m²)
Volume discount for stands from 101 m² - 300 m²: every additional m2 of space only is €205 per m².
Stands over 300 m2: every additional m2 of space only is €185 per m2.

SHELL SCHEME PACKAGE

Minimum area required is 15 m²
€340 per m² (up to 100 m²)
Volume discount for stands over 101 m² - 300 m²: every additional m² of shell scheme is €330 per m².
Stands over 300 m2: every additional m2 shell scheme only is €310 per m2.
Furniture package: chairs, tables, desks (based on m²)

SPECIAL POSITIONS

Corner stand: additional €450.
Head stand: additional €900.
Island stand: additional €1,800.
Multi storey stand construction is permitted, however written permission is required from the organizers. Multi-storey areas will cost an additional €205 per m² and must not exceed 50% of the total floor area of the stand.

Additional costs (mandatory):

Compulsory public liability insurance: €175 per exhibiting company.
Registration fee: €530.

Early bird discount

Companies completing the space application form before September 1, 2018 and ensuring payment is received in full by January 1, 2019 will be eligible for a discount of €15 per m2 ordered.

Stand allocation is at the discretion of the organizers and will not be confirmed until full payment has been received.

Additional costs

Exhibitors wishing to share stands with other companies will be charged an additional €1.000 per co-exhibiting company.
Compulsory public liability insurance: €175 per exhibiting company.
Compulsary registration fee: €530.

Business Matchmaking Program

Meeting the right companies and people during an event is your number one priority. VICTAM International 2019 will provide a business match-making program. This on-line tool helps to facilitate business meetings to be arranged between exhibitors and visitors prior and during the event. In combination with the on-line tool an on-site service is offered that allows you to have the meeting in one of the dedicated meeting rooms. Last, but not least our specialized match-making consultants will contact you personally before the event to discuss how to make the best use of this program and which type of companies and people you would like to meet. VICTAM International 2019 will have an extensive, advertising and marketing campaign. This includes: advertising in industry related magazines, press releases, preview editions in ‘Showtime’, our social networks, etc. An instant link to your own website on ‘Network’, our on-line catalogue, is available for only €100 for 12 months.

Conference program not available yet.

ENTRANCE TICKET

The entrance pass to the exhibition is free of charge if you pre-register. Please note that onsite registration will cost €60,- (excl. VAT) per person. A separate fee will be charged for the conferences. You may have to register separately for some conferences.

If you are traveling to our event from a country whose citizens require a visa for Germany, you will need to obtain an official invitation letter. A. Sutter Dialog Services GmbH will issue invitation letters on behalf of VICTAM International B.V.

Travel

Cologne can be easily reached by train, car and plane. The KoelnMesse has its own railway station Köln Messe/Deutz which connects directly to Cologne International Airport and is only one stop from Köln Central Station (approximately ten minutes).

Cologne has an international airport, Köln/Bonn, with major international airlines accessing from all over the world. Düsseldorand Frankfurt international airports are nearby and have excellent frequent rail connections to Cologne.

Travel by car

The city is at the center of the impressive German autobahn road system. This allows fast and easy access from throughout Europe. Enter DEUTZ-MÜLHEIMER STRASSE 111 into your in-car navigation system for directions to Koelnmesse. The exhibition center also has extensive (paid) car parking facilities.

Travel by railway

The exhibition center has its own railway station (KoelnMesse/ Deutz) and connects directly to both Cologne International Airport and the city center, the latter being approximately ten minutes. International railway travelers can also connect to Cologne through a fast and efficient railway network.
